From Back-End to Front-of-Mind: SG Support’s Digital Push

Process

A Quiet Giant in Need of Visibility
SG Support has long been the backbone of fundraising organisations — offering outsourced processing, database management and analytical services that help drive donor growth. But in 2025, as the company underwent an internal rebranding, it became clear: their digital presence needed to reflect their real-world impact.

A Digital Strategy with Purpose
REISE was engaged to bring clarity, personality and presence to SG Support’s social media across LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. Our first step was determining where attention should go. After analysing their primary and secondary audiences, we made a strategic call: LinkedIn would lead the charge, followed by Facebook, then YouTube.

Humanising the Brand Through Leadership and Moments
To reintroduce SG Support online, we focused on storytelling rooted in people. The first phase of content spotlighted key leaders, presenting them as the thoughtful minds behind the operation. These introductions helped build credibility and made the brand feel more human and approachable.

We then layered in post-event highlights and shoutouts to showcase ongoing activity, community engagement and the organisation’s role in driving meaningful outcomes for its partners. This mix of timely, relevant content positioned SG Support as active, engaged and trustworthy.

From Passive Feed to Purposeful Presence
What began as a quiet, functional social feed evolved into a consistent communication channel that reflected the organisation’s values, work and mission. With each post, we built familiarity, maintained visibility and strengthened SG Support’s positioning in the fundraising and nonprofit space.
