Scaling Conscious Beauty Through Cross-Platform Integration

In partnership with Natura Malaysia, REISE spearheaded a year-long digital transformation across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopee to build brand affinity, grow customer acquisition, and accelerate purchase conversions. Our strategy was rooted in performance-led storytelling that married purposeful messaging with data-driven media deployment.

We segmented campaigns into Always-On (AO), Tactical (TC), and Important Date (ID) structures, each targeting different stages of the customer journey — from first-time discovery to final purchase and re-engagement. This included dedicated launches for star products like Chronos Aqua and Ekos Castanha Body Lotion Concentrate, alongside performance marketing pushes during Malaysia’s key e-commerce moments such as 7.7, 10.10, and 11.11.

Meta received the lion’s share of the budget (up to 86% towards conversion), while Google’s SEM and Performance Max campaigns became top drivers for both website and Shopee transactions. TikTok was harnessed for storytelling and awareness, outperforming static creatives with high-impact video formats that resonated with a younger demographic.

Our creative approach emphasized cultural relevance — from rainforest visuals to skincare routines — all tailored to Malaysia’s beauty-conscious audience. Meanwhile, our cross-platform strategy ensured that each touchpoint (from YouTube to Shopee ads) was working harmoniously to push both upper- and lower-funnel metrics.
