The Challenge: Bringing a Human Brand into the Digital Space
SalesWorks is Southeast Asia’s leading face-to-face marketing agency, with over 30 years of legacy and operations across six markets; Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Indonesia with plans to expand into the US, UAE and Australia. But in a world that increasingly values digital-first connection, how do you make a service-led B2B brand stand out online?

Our Approach: Turning Culture into Content
REISE was engaged to define and amplify the SalesWorks brand on social media across all six active markets. Our strategy puts people first, transforming internal culture into external storytelling. With an emphasis on employee-generated content, we captured the energy, grit and personality of the brand through its team members. The goal: to create content that felt real, relatable and representative of the business.

Capturing Moments That Matter
From on-ground coverage at major events to candid in-office content, we supported SalesWorks at every touchpoint. At their large-scale annual gatherings attended by 600 to over 1,000 people, we conducted interviews with General Managers, HQ employees and Brand Ambassadors, transforming these into dynamic, scroll-worthy content for social. Throughout the year, we continued capturing behind-the-scenes content to keep their feed fresh and connected to everyday moments.

Building Long-Term Presence with SEO
Beyond social, we strengthened SalesWorks’ digital footprint through SEO-driven articles. These covered career advice, values-based storytelling and employee experiences designed to attract talent, support discoverability and build thought leadership in the service industry.

Celebrating a Milestone: 30 Years of SalesWorks
In 2025, we are proud to lead the content strategy for SalesWorks’ 30th Anniversary, a year-long campaign celebrating the people, milestones and memories that shaped the brand. We will roll out anniversary-themed social challenges, blog interviews with long-serving team members and collaborate with a film crew to produce over 10 commemorative videos. These will premiere at SalesWorks’ major annual event, bringing emotional storytelling into the spotlight.
