Rangers

Overview
Process
For the launch of Rangers, REISE partnered with the team as their brand and creative lead. From the beginning, our role was to shape how the company would look, sound, and feel as it entered the market — refining its brand DNA and translating the founder’s vision into a distinct identity that could connect with its audience.
We built everything from the ground up; the visual identity, design system, communication language, and core messaging that would carry the brand forward as it scaled. Every element was carefully designed to create a cohesive brand experience, from how Rangers appeared visually to how it communicated with its target audiences.
The challenge was clarity. Rangers operates in a complex space, connecting businesses that need staffing with a diverse, fast-moving community of gig workers. Both sides needed to trust the same brand, for very different reasons. That meant finding a balance, professional enough for enterprise clients, human enough for workers, and clear without feeling cold.
We began by studying the landscape and how other platforms positioned themselves. What became clear was an opportunity to move away from purely transactional language and build something more grounded in people and energy. From there, we shaped a brand personality that felt energetic, trustworthy, and optimistic — one that reflected the reality of the people behind the platform.
We explored four distinct creative directions before arriving at a complete brand system. This included typography, colour, tone of voice, messaging principles, and practical guidelines designed to ensure consistency as the company grew.
Finally, the identity came to life across key touchpoints — from the mobile experience and investor decks to social media and everyday communications. The result was a cohesive brand world where both visual and communication language were meticulously crafted to speak to Rangers’ target audiences, creating a foundation for the brand to scale without losing its human centre.
Rangers successfully launched in late 2025 and now has a steadily growing social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Following the brand launch, REISE continued as Rangers’ growth and communications partner, leading content strategy, paid media, and KOL management to drive market adoption.
The key challenge was educating a market unfamiliar with structured gig-matching platforms. We developed a 12-month communication strategy built around awareness, engagement, and retention, tailoring messaging for both sides of the marketplace.
For businesses, we highlighted reliability, staffing efficiency, and operational support. For gig workers, we focused on flexibility, earning opportunities, and trust. Through a mix of content testing, creator partnerships, and paid media across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, we helped position Rangers as a more structured and trustworthy alternative in the evolving hiring landscape.
