Daniel Haslem is a Client Success and Partnerships professional with over 10 years of experience across account management, strategic partnerships, and integrated marketing.
He currently serves as Senior Client Account Representative at REISE, where he manages client partnerships and marketing initiatives across regional and global accounts. He acts as the key strategic communicator between brands and internal teams, guiding marketing direction while overseeing execution across creative, content, and campaign functions. His work focuses on aligning business objectives with integrated marketing and customer engagement strategies that drive retention, growth, and commercial value.
Prior to REISE, Daniel led the Partnerships department at Common Ground, where he developed and scaled partnership initiatives across ecosystems of brands, communities, and commercial stakeholders. He began his career in partnership and growth roles at Fave, building foundational experience in commercial strategy, business development, and client engagement.
Earlier, Daniel was the first Customer Success Manager at Nectar Group, where he built the function from the ground up establishing core processes, service standards, and scalable frameworks that shaped the company’s client success model.
He has also held senior client-facing roles across marketing, events, and technology, delivering solutions spanning brand activation, lead generation, and customer experience.
